• Sedationist training fee for re-endorsement – $1,695 per person
• Non-Sedationist dental practitioner training fee – $895 per person
• Dental Auxiliary/ RN/ Sedation Diploma Student training fee – $550 per person

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Your registration details will only be used for the purpose of course registration and course materials dissemination. SEDATE will not use or disclose your registration details for any other purpose without your prior written consent.

CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS

Booking is on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot accept more registration once the booking is full. Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the course after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute attendee.

In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform the SEDATE manager in writing of their inability to attend 1 month prior to the day of the course. No refunds will be made after that date.

In case of any unexpected circumstances such as pandemic outbreaks, SEDATE has the right to cancel the scheduled courses for public health safety reasons. SEDATE will not take any other legal responsibility apart from refunding your prepaid registration fee.
